With a strong background in athletic conditioning, running, and combat sports, I help clients build confidence, power, and resilience through movement. I’m all about the energy, and having trained extensively in Kickboxing and Muay Thai, I bring a dynamic and technical approach to coaching that blends functional fitness, endurance training, and evidence-based nutrition. My sessions are designed to be effective, sustainable, and empowering — helping clients surprise themselves by discovering untapped energy, strength, stamina, and self-belief in equal measure.

Hi, I’m ELLIS a Level 2 qualified Fitness Instructor with over 16 years of experience in health, fitness and sport. My background in football and basketball has heavily influenced the way I train and coach. Those years in sport helped me develop a strong understanding of movement, coordination, agility, and explosive power — skills that now shape my approach to strength and conditioning.
I specialise in plyometrics, speed work, and sports related conditioning.
My approach is sport-inspired, fun, transferable into functional fitness, and still focused on real, sustainable progress.

Robson is an elite Capoeira martial artist from Brazil. At just 30 years old, he brings almost two decades (18 years) of experience, a lifetime dedicated to the discipline, and an exceptional level of technical mastery, tactical awareness, and cultural depth.
His expertise comes from long-term immersion in rigorous martial arts training that demands years of physical conditioning, technical precision, and mental control.
He holds the rank of Monitor, an advanced and officially recognised teaching grade in Capoeira, awarded only to practitioners who demonstrate the ability to train others safely, effectively, and authentically within the Capoeira tradition. This rank reflects proven mastery of movement, timing, strategy, and control — as well as the responsibility to guide students with discipline and care.
Robson’s training delivers complete expert instruction for both beginners and advanced practitioners, offering a combat-inspired full-body workout that develops real, functional athleticism: strength, mobility, flexibility, cardiovascular endurance, coordination, rhythm, balance, timing, spatial awareness, and explosive plyometric power while maintaining the integrity of Capoeira. Alongside his position as a Monitor, Robson is also a professional dancer in a major long-running West End theatre production in London.
