I’m a long-standing boxing practitioner with a deep passion for fitness and helping others unlock their full potential. My coaching style is all about pushing you to your optimum level while giving you the confidence needed to reach your health and fitness goals.
I specialise in boxing and pad work — an exhilarating and highly effective way to build overall fitness and develop discipline. I also coach functional training, core conditioning, bodyweight training, and weight training. I take a diverse, adaptable approach because I believe sessions should be challenging, enjoyable, and tailored to your individual goals. By combining different training methods, I keep workouts dynamic, effective, and engaging while staying specific to the results you want to achieve.
